Hi guys, I received a Walmart visa gift card for $50 about a year ago. I went to use it a few weeks ago, but someone had stolen it, and used all of the money. I called the 800 number, they were able to file a dispute, and the replacement card came in the mail a few days ago. I have tried to upload it to my account, but it says that the bank has declined it. I looked up the value on the website, and it said that it was up to $50 again. I tried to call the number, but I can't get through. I have heard that there is sometimes a temporary block for online transactions on replacement cards. If this is true, how long would it last? What do you think I should do?
