EBay suddenly can't process payment

Ok so eBay/PayPal are having problems because I suddenly can't pay for items. I bid on 2, technically 3 items because I thought one was just a problem with the seller, and all the bids were accepted yet I can't pay for any of it because the payment can't be processed. Please fix this, it's really annoying.

I've been having trouble sending money for two days now,  not to eBay, but to my son.  I don't know what's going on, but I'm sorta **bleep**.
