Dynamic CVV on a credit card could be a problem?

My card has a dynamic CVV that changes every 5 minutes.

Can I use it with Paypal?

That would prove problematic, unless PayPal lets you enter a CVV everytime you use that card at checkout with PayPal.

It's my understanding that PayPal doesn't send the CVV with each payment.
