Double charge?

Hello guys I wanted to find out what refund to bank account on my PayPal statement means. Has it double charged me?, I purchased a couple of things on 2nd March and when I put in funds into my PayPal it charged the exact same amounts over again!. Please help

Same thing happened to me, I talked to the company I purchased the items from and PayPal and neither one is going to do anything about it, so I guess we are going to have to live with it 😕
