Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam for a benefit for a fallen Texas police officer. The funds were donated to a personal account (?) which I thought was a business account that was holding this event. I cannot seem to dispute it or ask for a refund. I just want my donation to actually go to the family... Any suggestions or am i SOL?
Starting March 29 2017, donations are not covered under purchase protection. If you funded payment with credit card, file a dispute with card. Find the official fund to donate if any by calling the police dept the officer worked for.
