Hello, I have a question about when I try to donate to someones twitch, it asks for me to put in a credit / debt card or add a bank which I don't have, I have donated before using paypal and I didn't have to do this.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
