Dispute not working correctly

I am trying to submit a dispute for an unauthorized charge and the site directs me to unauthorized change.  Help!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble filing your unauthorized claim - that definitely sounds frustrating. 😞 If you've followed the steps online to report the charge and are still unable to submit the case, you may want to contact us so that we can help get this resolved.
