Didn't receive the money back for an escalate claim

I place an order on march 18 for $88.00 to Chichibae, the person stole my money , because the product that offers it's a fraud . I send an email to paypal and made a claim. Later made an escalate, paypal it's waits for the seller response and send me back the money. If the seller didn't response i'm never receive my money back?The seller has been asked to respond by Apr 13, 2017. And today i'ts April 14 and didn't response. Somebody helps me, please!

Paypal will close the case and refund you in full.

even Paypal robots are working overtime and overwhelmed by folks like you who buy here and buy there .

You do not get your money back automatically on the date by which the seller has to respond, you still have to wait a few more days for PayPal to make decision and close out the case, then you get your money back.
