Did Not Receive my refund

Hello
I was given a refund from Woolworth's due to them needing to cancel my order this was on the 02/02/2018.
My refund has been pending since the 2nd which is normal as it usually takes the 3 business working day to process.
I received a email today 07/02/2018 saying that it has been processed and should be in my account.
I checked my account for the 20th time since the 2nd and nothing.
i can not find a email or contact number for paypal to find out where my money is as money doesn't just disappear.
Woolworths is under the impression the refund went through so they are unwilling to help me.
I am a single mother on centrelink benefits i need my money, its has already been difficult with woolworths cancelling my order last week and going with out my shopping and money.
Please help fix this.
