I did a PayPal transaction on the 25th Jan 2018.
Money was deducted from my account but PayPal said the transaction was denied. Therefore in normal terms this has to be reversed.
The issue now is that when an error message came in that " this card is not accepted. please use a different card" On seeing this i un-linked my card.
Now i cannot link back this VISA card to my PayPal account. I spoke to my bank and they requested I fill a charge back form which will enable the VISA or the payPal office to refund my money.
No money refunded till date.
Is this because I un-linked my card?
But why can I not link back this card I have been doing numerous payments for the previous years?
Help needed urgent because the money is for a purpose with a deadline approaching.
