Denial of Purchase

PayPal declined my purchase from an Australian seller! I have ample credit and even bolstered the account for such purchase! Please explain to me why this is! Seller very upset and as myself!

You may want to contact customer service for assistance.   As this is public community, there's no way to look at user account info - we would not have any idea of what is going on.   You can also contact PayPal via their Twitter Account as there are PayPal people there who may be able to look into this for you.
