Delay in getting money

Someone just sent me money, I see it in my activity but it is not listed in my balance, why?  Normally it shows in my balance right away.

I'm sorry to hear the funds haven't come through, but I'm happy to provide any information I can. More than likely, this is either due to the payment going on hold, or that it's still processing and hasn't updated in the account yet. It can take several minutes for your activity and balance to update to reflect received payments. I apologize for any inconvenience, but hopefully you receive the payment soon!
