Hello, On my regular visa (not paypal) it says a charge of $0.00 for purchase authorization paypal. But I do not use PayPal or have my card hooked up to paypal but had a previous account for eBay in the way past. Should I be concerned of fraud? There are two charges that say that but it is also conveniently above my amazon purchase wasn't sure if that had something to do with it.
