Why I cant add new credit card? It show me that message.

Hey alkoss,
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble adding your card. When you receive this message, it's usually due to one of two issues: either the card is already on another PayPal account, or there's an issue with the account you're trying to add it to. As these are both account-specific issues, I would advise contacting us so that we can look into the issue and help get it resolved. 🙂
