Recently i purchased a phone for $ 415 with free shipping. I sent it to a friends house in NY state as they are coming to visit here in Bermuda soon.
I understand credit charges well.
My pay pal account does not seem to have a record of this or the next few charges(quite small amounts)
My seller has been paid $ 415. My credit card was charges $444.76
My card is a USD (US dollar) card
i have found no way to actually communicate with pay pal on his mater
there is no "contact us" button our their site
