Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

Payment Failed: Unable to send Payment Request. Invalid HTTP response The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel. - 

 

 

unable to establish payment to provider. (paypal)

we are using 3rd party ssl certificate. everything checks out ook . 

 

can anyone help ?
