I placed an order on BestBuy.com earlier this week. It was a pre-order. I found this morning that the product I actually wanted was available. I cancelled my previous order and received a refund to my PayPal balance quickly. I returned to BestBuy.com to pre-order the product I wanted. I elected to use my PayPal balance and a gift card. I also decided to use my bank account to pay for expedited shipping.
The order went through successfully. However, when I check my PayPal account, it shows that the payment was completed, but my balance still remains. Will it take a while for my balance to reflect the pre-order, or did something go awry?
