Claiming Payments

Ok so I have been trying to claim this 2 dollars. When I log in it’s the first thing I see. 8 see 2.01 and Claim Now. Then when I try to claim it it doesn’t give me the option to keep it on paypal

Where are you seeing this?  Is this on your PayPal account log in on your computer?
