So my buyer claimed money but not all of it. Can he come back and claim more?

Thanks for reaching out to us I’m sure what you mean. If the buyer has not been fully refunded then they could dispute for the remaining about depending on the situation. I would recommend taking a look at the Seller Protection Policy to see how you are covered.
