Hi! I have a savings account with BPI but everytime I add my bank account in PayPal it automatically is tagged as checking account. I don't have a checking account. How to change it from checking to savings? can we still withdraw money from our bank account even though it is default to checking account when we add it?
When you add the account, on the page that asks you to enter your account details, there will be a drop down that asks if it's a Checking or Savings account. After you add the account, the only way to have it changed is to contact us so that we can verify your identity and ensure this is resolved for you. I hope this helps!
