I am trying to make a payment to the seller using eBay's paypal. Unfortunately the checking info does not move forward and keeps on spinning. I tired using internet explorer, google chrome and Mozilla firefox. None of them worked. I tried from my smart phone but doesn't work. cleared all browser cookies but still stuck. Please help.
