Charged twice

Has anyone ever ordered anything from eBay and been charged twice. I have a payment that was processed and showing processed but the payment is showing processed and another one is pending for the same amount

Welcome to the Forums! Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that there was a duplicate payment for one of your eBay orders. 😞

To get your money back, I would recommend contacting the seller to request a refund.

Here’s how to request a refund:

1. On the Summary page  locate your transaction or click Activity if the payment is older.
2. Click the transaction to find your recipient's contact information.
3. Send your recipient an email asking for a refund.
