Changing Paypal email in existing subscriptions?

Hi! My friend has 2 Paypal email addresses, in 2 different accounts.

Now he want to migrate or change all subscriptions from 1 email address to another. How can it be possible ? (as Paypal don't allow to add exist email address to another account).
