Hi Paypal team. I cannot withdraw balance to my own account. It says always " Sorry we couldnt confirm it to You" ???? Its really strange? How can Paypal hold and rule my money and say " Sorry ....... "
what account you are trying to withdraw to?
if bank account,ask them if they belong to VISA of Europe and ask for a bank VISA card
