I have tried sending money/make payment to another PayPal user, and I keep getting an error with an orange exclamation point saying, we can’t send your payment right now, if you keep running into this issue, contact PayPal. I have contacted them but they have not answered any of my questions. I also called them twice but the line was busy.
I have verified my email, phone number and I have linked a card.
The other account is actually mine since I had accidentally put the wrong nationality in this one. I had to open a new one and I resolved all the problems with this account. They told me to send the money to my other account and close this one. But I cannot do that because there is a problem.
