I'm sorry to hear about the trouble claiming your money, but I'll provide any information I can to help! It sounds like there may be an issue with the email you're trying to use, and that it may be connected to an already created PayPal account. If that's the case, you would need to log into the account the email is connected to in order to retrieve the funds. Otherwise, the person who sent you the funds would need to cancel the payment and send to a different email address.
