Cannot add Paypal in my Facebook Ads account.

Hello! I am trying to add paypal in my facebook ads account but i am getting this error every time: "We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologise for the inconvenience." 

Please help!

Ensure your account is verified.

Ensure your browser app is the current version.

Try a different browser.

Call PayPal customer service if problem persists.
