Cancelling a payment

 I ordered from a website through paypal and was given a message that there was an error... I tried again and was given the same message. I checked my email and it shows that Both orders went though. I need to cancel One. There is not a cancel option. How do I cancel just one?  I did go into my account and removed my card info...What do I need to do?

You can't cancel a completed payment, what you needed to do was contact the seller and ask them to refund x1 of the payments.

However the refund would go back to the card that you removed if that was your funding source.
