I made a payment on September 4, I had the opportunity to cancel that payment and I did it, PayPal set it as canceled and refunded, in my bank account the next day showed me the refund but nevertheless they charged the money I had canceled, I talked to PayPal and they told me that it takes 2 to 30 days to reflect on my bank account, it was reflected the next day but it was taken off .. I talked to my bank and they said that they charged the money, going 16 days and still not getting my money back.. I even opened a dispute in my bank. I have pictures and evidence.
