Cancel Ebay order as a seller

Hey, i wanna ask about canceling order, i put my item on ebay for sale, and someone won the bid. 

But he didn’t pay yet.. can I cancel the order? Because i feel I don’t wanna sell it anymore..

and Will Ebay ask me for invoice fee later?

Your best bet is to start the 'unpaid item' dispute so that your get your final value fee refunded and can then void the sale.

I didn’t really understand sorry, why the refund? The buyer didn’t pay yet 

cant I just cancel the order after texting the highest bidder and tell him this? 

Or there will be consequences

I know he hasn't paid and that is why i said start the UNPAID item dispute.

When you sell an item Ebay charge you a 'final value fee' if you go through the dispute system then those fees are refunded.

Have you not read up how Ebay works at all?
