I'm in need of some help - I work as a Freelancer Graphic Designer/Illustrator, & a few clients (3, being specific) have sent credits to my account, there was no problem on receiving them (not for me nor for them), but i've been trying to send the money to my family's PayPal account, and an error pops up, it says you guys are unable to process your request, and to Please try again later, i've been trying to send the funds for a couple of hours now, and it seems impossible, so i must ask how do i fix this?, i was told that it was only because of maintenance, but i've lost hope about that.
