Why am I having trouble sending money with PayPal Credit?? Can't make purchases, either...
Was the option available to select as payment method but it didn't go through after checkout? PayPal does reserves the right to restrict use based on the circumstances of each purchase.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
