I want to send money from my US account to my Korean account, but I can not send money. Why not?
It appears that Korea is not part of the PayPal network. Check for yourself, go to this link and search on Korea. You will find South Korea but, your question does not state that.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
