Hey guys, for some reason my friend cannot send me payments through his credit card to my paypal. This is the first time I have received this problem, and I would be happy for any help. Thanks
Suggest that your friend contact customer support for assistance as they can look at his account setup.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
