I can't seem to pay with PayPal because everytime I choose PayPal as a payment option, it always directs me to a page where I need to add a credit or debit card AGAIN in my paypal account. And every time I add my card in that page Nothing is happening. Does someone know what might be causing this trouble? I already tried different websites to buy from like Blizzard, Steam, and Spotify.
