Can't link bank account, too many failed attempts

Hi, I was attempting to add my bank account at one time, and it told me the two small deposits were sitting in my account, so i checked, and they weren't there. 

I checked my banks website and saw no holds, so I assumed it had messed up. I removed the account and tried again, with the same result.

After trying to do so once more, I was told I had reached the limit for this bank account. About 5 days later the many small transactions appear in my bank account, but it was too late. 

What do I do now? Is there any way passed this? I really need to transfer money to my bank.
