I'm trying to grant permission to a certain site which will allow specific refunds for transactions and access my paypal account information.
However when I press the "Grant Permission" button, it redirects back to the page on the website where I came from and still says I need to grant permissions. Why is this?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
