I bought a pair of contact lens online and paid through PayPal, the seller transferred the money almost immediately after but never end up shipping my order, I tried going onto the website I bought the product and it keeps saying the order is still processing, now it's been over 3 months and still haven't receive my item, I tried contacting the seller through email and the resolution center but didn't get any response back, how do I get Paypal to be involved and get my money back?
