Any one knows how to get PayPal to pickup? I have been on the line now for 52 minutes. I called Go to https://www.paypal.com/help and click "Call Us" to deal with a Chargeback and used a one-time code, after 17 minutes somebody in the Phillipines picked it up, since then I've been waiting to be transferred over to a Supervisor. These waiting times are ludicrous!
