I am ready to give you my PayPal Login if you can help me transfer, i want to send money to my sick niece from my PayPal account but it is not working, i am totally frustrated about it. Never give anyone your paypal login. Just don't do it- I'm sure the members here have the best of intentions but you still run the risk of a scammer commiting fraud on your account.
Try to lookup youtube videos on "how to transfer money on paypal" to see if there is a step you are missing.
