Can't Recieve money (Error#: 539041)

Hello,

Whenever someone tries to send me money, they get the message below:

The email account Receiver not in receive money enabled country is based in a country that isn't enabled to receive payments (Error#: 539041)

What could be the problem??

Your PayPal account is registered in a country that cannot receive payments.  Only sending payments.  What country is your PayPal opened?

PayPal is country specific and some account features may not be available.

just add the currency to your paypal account as a secondary currency.

Here's how to accept money in a new currency:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click PayPal balance.
3. Click Manage currencies.
4. Select the currency you want to add.
5. Click Add Currency.
