Can't Make Payment

Well I have bought stuff off of Ebay for years and all of a sudden it gives me this error message:

We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details.

My credit card does not expire until 2019, I wonder what is up since I want to get a seller paid. I don't want to use my checking account.

Do you have any mismatch account info?  Like billing address or cell phone number between PayPal and eBay? Also try removing the one click purchase option by unlinking your PayPal account and then attempt to purchase again, choose PayPal at checkout and log in to pay.

Or are you making the purchase at a IP location or device PayPal system do not recognize.
