Can't Accept Received Payments

I've been receiving emails that if I don't accept my payments before March something I will lose that donation. I'm a twitch streamer and I have over $70 in uncollected tips. Yesterday I streamed and everything from yesterday went through but I can't accept anything before that. I have tried including different currencies and it does nothing. I am very lost and do not want to lose the donations and have to reach out to each person. Below are the things I keep getting if I try to manually accept the payments.
