Can not claim my money

I was just sent $40, and it says that the payment was completed. I have my correct email and phone listed. I tried to claim my money, but it said that I had to link a card or bank (I am just wanting the money in my wallet) so I entered a prepaid debt card which I have used before. It said something like "unavailable for instant transaction" but that it was still linked. Now when I go to claim my money, I get the same "enter card or bank" page. What do I do?
