Can I purchase items using my paypal money?

Hey ..

i had a problem previuosly, that I don’t have a bank account linked to paypal and i sold an item on ebay and the money is in my paypal.. and stuck there 

can i use that money to purchase items on ebay or other sites? 

My paypal is linked to my credit card of course, but no bank account as i said because its just a prepaid card.. 

so can i use it to purchase things?
