Hello, I just started this Paypal thing a couple of days ago. I need to link my UPS account to my Paypal so I can ship out a pair of shoes I sold someone. Every time I try to link my account it says "We're unable to process your request. Please try later." Why is it doing that??? Please someone help me
You may want to try clearing your browser cache / cookies to see if that helps, or even try a different browser temporarily. Also, make absolutely sure the credentials you are entering for the UPS account are indeed accurate.
