The client paid for services on Nov 5 and got his financial institution got Paypal to send the money back. he
He paid as friends and family,
I provided documentation of the service being provided through numerous emails with discussions and attached documents.
I am told that Paypal had no say in the buyer's credit card institutions decision to unilaterally deny the transaction. They immediately rejected my documentation of the service being provided.
I was only told to take it to small claims, although he is in a different state.
The buyer blocked me on Facebook, so will not communicate or negotiate.
