Buyer claims unauthorized payment

So I recently sold something through kik and the buyer paid me through PayPal then later after they received the goods they claim that it was an unauthorized payment and I have a negative amount on my account now when I have proof of messages and screenshots that they sent the money

Since you didn't answer the specific questions, I assume there is no proof of delivery.

This means that you have no PayPal seller protection.  You will lose the dispute and likely have a $20 chargeback fee.
