Basically, every time I try to send a payment or transfer to my bank account, it doesn't work. I've tried several things, including receiving payments on another paypal and them giving it to me, but no luck. Anyone have a solution?

Close your account. I’ve been with them for years and only started having issues when I opened a business account.
