Balance will not transfer balance to bank account

I have a balance of over $120.00 in my account. None of this is pending. When I try to transfer to my bank account, the balance immediately shifts to $0.00, but the transfer does not take place. This has happened for about two weeks. I leave the website and check back in. My correct balance shows. It seems impossible to reach anybody at PayPal. This is frustrating, of course, and makes me wonder if I should ever use PayPal again.

My bank account is fully confirmed and has been used before. I have never tried to transfer to my debit card that is tied to my bank accout.

ok then thats odd, could be a paypal glitch, if not then give c.s. a call and see if they can see an issue with your withdrawals.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".
